Market Research Intelligence Intern

NotedSource is a platform where the world's leading enterprises go to solve their hardest R&D and innovation problems. We connect corporate innovation teams with vetted, actively-publishing researchers and scientists, and pair that expert network with AI tools that surface the right knowledge fast.

What you'll do

You'll sit at the intersection of marketing and research, helping us understand our target enterprise accounts deeply and turn that understanding into sharper outreach. Day to day, you might:

  • Research named target accounts — their R&D priorities, org structure, key decision-makers, and recent initiatives — and package findings into clear, usable briefs
  • Support our account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, including building target account lists, drafting outreach angles, and helping tailor messaging to specific companies and roles
  • Track competitors, industry trends, and market signals relevant to NotedSource's space (enterprise innovation, AI, and R&D services)
  • Help build and maintain the intelligence that feeds our sales and marketing engine, working closely with our CRM and data tools
  • Contribute ideas — we're small enough that good thinking gets heard and acted on

What we're looking for

  • Strong market research instincts — you enjoy digging into a company or topic until it makes sense, and you can synthesize what matters
  • Clear, concise writing; you can turn a pile of information into a one-page brief someone actually wants to read
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-directed work in a startup environment
  • Interest in some mix of: enterprise sales/marketing, AI, research and innovation, or B2B strategy
  • Nice to have: familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), or basic data/spreadsheet work
