Role Summary & Impact
The retail landscape is evolving rapidly, and e-commerce is at the center of modern brand growth. As an Associate in E-Commerce, you will assist in the tactical activation and overall day-to-day media management of search-based retail campaigns. You will get heavily involved in keyword strategy development, competitive research, daily campaign setup, management, and reporting across major retail media networks.

You will support our Commerce Search Managers to maximize retail media investments for our client accounts, learning the ins and outs of platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and CitrusAd.

Your Impact & Responsibilities
As an Associate on our E-Commerce team, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Retail Media Activation: Managing search media activations across several retailer media networks, including but not limited to Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, The Trade Desk, and Walmart.
- Campaign Setup & Budgeting: Executing campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budget allocations using retail bid management technologies (such as Pacvue, Skai, and Epsilo).
- Account Optimization: Continually adjusting client accounts to meet established KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Client Relationships: Helping manage and build strong relationships with client teams across Ecommerce, Retail Media, and Brand categories.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring on-going campaign compliance with company guidelines and media buying best practices.
- Performance Reporting: Preparing detailed campaign performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Data & Research: Utilizing historical campaign data and competitive research to identify insights and optimizations.
- Financial Stewardship: Assisting with reconciliation, invoicing/billing, ad trafficking, and mapping data to our internal media campaign management platforms.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for curious, motivated, and collaborative early career talent. We encourage you to apply if you bring some or all of the following:
- A strong interest in e-commerce, retail media, search marketing, or digital business.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a natural bias for action and problem-solving.
- Basic comfort with numbers, data, and analytical thinking (experience with Excel is highly valued!).
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to handle administrative tasks like billing and reconciliation.
- Great communication skills and a desire to build positive working relationships with clients and platforms.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship experience in advertising, retail, e-commerce, or marketing is a plus, but not required!
