Program Assistant Maricopa County 4-H Youth Development, AmeriCorps

This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work directly with youth while supporting the growth and long-term success of 4-H programs throughout the community. The successful candidate will collaborate with schools and other community-centered organizations to help implement and strengthen innovative program delivery models. They will provide critical feedback and support to ensure current and new programs remain sustainable, continuously improve, and expand to reach more youth. In addition, this position will play an active role in traditional 4-H programming, including supporting club projects, assisting with County Fair activities, and helping create positive and memorable experiences at summer camp. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about youth development, community engagement, and helping programs thrive and grow!
