- Overseeing a design team consisting of designer, drafters and surveyors
- Project management oversight on a number of projects
- Project accounting; budgets, invoicing, projections
- Studies and reports for various projects, pending on client need
- Planning including forecasting, research and presentation
- Public interaction; speeches and presentations
