Electrical Construction Manager

Biz-Com Electric is a growing electrical contractor serving commercial, industrial, and institutional clients throughout the Cincinnati region. We are seeking a motivated Construction Management or Engineering graduate who is interested in developing a long-term career in electrical construction management.

Unlike many entry-level construction management positions that focus primarily on RFIs, submittals, and administrative tasks, this role provides exposure to the full project lifecycle, including estimating, design coordination, project management, procurement, field operations, and client communication. This position is designed to develop future project managers and company leaders through hands-on involvement in both office and field activities.
