Sales Representative Assistant

Key Objectives

  • Assist the sales team in managing daily activities and customer interactions.
  • Support sales operations by preparing documents, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
  • Support event coordination and promotional activities as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
