Position Overview

Empire Appraisal Group is hiring Remote Brand Optimization Assistants to support basic digital brand tasks and online engagement activities.

This is an entry-level remote opportunity designed for individuals who are reliable, organized, and interested in learning digital marketing, branding, and online operations.

No prior experience is required. Empire Appraisal Group provides full training and onboarding.

What You Will Do at Empire Appraisal Group

Support simple online brand optimization tasks
Follow clear instructions and structured workflows from Empire Appraisal Group
Assist in improving online visibility and engagement for Empire Appraisal Group clients
Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Participate in Empire Appraisal Group onboarding and training sessions
Communicate updates with supervisors at Empire Appraisal Group when needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
Basic computer and internet skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions carefully
Reliable internet connection
Willingness to learn and work independently

Training & Support

Empire Appraisal Group provides structured onboarding with step-by-step guidance. No prior experience is required. Ongoing support from Empire Appraisal Group is available during the training period to ensure you understand all tasks and workflows.

Work Schedule

This is a flexible remote role with Empire Appraisal Group. Work sessions are available between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM (ET) depending on task availability and your schedule.

Compensation

This position at Empire Appraisal Group offers hourly base pay plus performance-based incentives, depending on task completion and quality of work.

Full compensation details, including pay structure and incentives, will be discussed during the interview and included in the official offer letter if selected by Empire Appraisal Group.
