As a Clinical Therapist at Pine Rest, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You'll help patients navigate their recovery through assessment, counseling, advocacy, and individualized treatment planning.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other members of the treatment team
- Coordinate referrals and connect patients with community resources
- Advocate for patients throughout their treatment journey
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Michigan licensure (or limited license) required
- One to two years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
