Social Media Intern
The Social Media Intern will collaborate with our Creative Director to develop and implement promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working primarily from home while also providing hands-on experience at 2 in-person events per month.
This is a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, or aspiring marketing professionals with an interest in arts programming who are looking to build their portfolio and gain experience in content creation, community engagement, and brand marketing.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop ideas for original content and new strategies for increasing brand awareness and engagement on Instagram and TikTok
- Create and edit photo and video content for 2-3 events per month
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
- Ensure brand message is consistent
Qualifications
- Ability to attend 2 in-person events per month in Brooklyn and lower Manhattan
- Interest in social media, marketing, communications, or content creation
- Proficient with Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Interest in creative writing and arts programming (preferred)
