As an AT&T Retail Brand Ambassador, you'll gain hands-on experience representing one of the world's most recognized brands while developing the communication, sales, and leadership skills that create long-term career opportunities. What You'll Do

  • Represent AT&T inside major retail locations and at promotional events.
  • Engage customers through professional, consultative conversations.
  • Learn AT&T products and recommend solutions based on each customer's needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction through the sale.
  • Participate in daily coaching, sales training, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with a high-performance team committed to continuous improvement.
  • Achieve individual performance goals while contributing to team success.

  • Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required. We provide comprehensive training.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work in person at retail locations and promotional events.

Position Details

Schedule: Thursday–Monday | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

Location: Retail locations, promotional events, and BellaVant Group office (100% in-person)
