We carry over 100 bra sizes (28–56 bands, A–O cups) and specialize in everyday bras, sports bras, nursing bras, post-surgical bras, swimwear, pajamas, and lingerie. No previous bra-fitting experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.
Position Summary
We're looking for an enthusiastic, personable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This is more than a retail position—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our customers' confidence and comfort every day.

What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional manner.
- Learn our proprietary bra-fitting process through hands-on training.
- Recommend products based on customers' needs and lifestyle.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and store organization.
- Process sales and special orders accurately.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store goals.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator.
- Passion for helping others.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Comfortable learning new products and techniques.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and assist with light merchandising.
