Work Close to Home
Service locations include Worcester, Auburn, Leicester, Holden, and surrounding communities.
At Achieve ABA, we make every effort to assign cases based on proximity to your home whenever possible to help minimize travel time and support a healthy work-life balance.
Preference may be given to candidates residing within or near the service area.
What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home and community settings.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Teaching communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills
- Collecting session data during therapy sessions
- Collaborating with families and supervisors
- Maintaining professional documentation
- Participating in ongoing training and supervision
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks
