Email Graphic Designer

CoCo is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing team as a part-time contractor!

We're a boutique agency that exclusively serves womxn and BIPOC-owned businesses. In this remote role, you'll work closely with our team to create visually compelling designs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals.

About You:

• You have a strong eye for design and a passion for creating beautiful and impactful visuals.
• You're proficient in industry-standard design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva. Bonus points if you are familiar email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and you're comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• You're detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• You're a self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.
• You're familiar with design for marketing and understand the visual content needs for different channels (a plus!).
• Bonus points if you have experience working with branding guidelines and creating cohesive design system.

What You'll Do:

• Initially, you will support one of our clients with the creation of visuals for 5-8 emails per month.
• As you demonstrate your skills and turnaround time, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional projects for other clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for various marketing materials, including email, flyers, brand books, presentations, brochures, website elements, and more.
• Design high-quality visuals that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.

Rate: $45-55 per email commiserate with experience
