Duties

  • Engage with potential and existing clients through outside sales activities
  • Manage accounts effectively by developing tailored solutions, ensuring customer needs are met with precision and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations or urgent client requests, acting as the first responder to facilitate swift resolution and support.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations, highlighting features and benefits to educate clients on sales offerings.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and incident reports using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic action plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering long-term relationships.

Experience

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and explain complex technical information clearly.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to handle outside sales responsibilities independently while coordinating with team members.
  • Proficiency in analysis skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and sales performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, and organizational tools for managing multiple accounts.
  • Experience in business to business environments is advantageous; however, a passion for learning about the contents restoration space is essential.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced settings requiring excellent organizational skills and the capacity to respond quickly as a first responder when needed.
