Metix AI (formerly OpenJobs AI) is building an end-to-end autonomous AI recruiter for global markets. Our core product Mira runs on four coordinated agents and delivers real qualified interviews, not just software features. We've closed a $3M seed round and launched on Product Hunt with PH CEO Rajiv Ayyangar as our hunter.

This role puts you on the ground at the events where our future customers actually show up — HR leaders, recruiters, and startup operators across the Bay Area. What you'll do / 你会做什么
Event execution: Handle the details that make events actually work — venue coordination, materials, setup, registration, and on-site support for industry meetups, conferences, and side events across the Bay Area
活动执行和落地：负责让活动真正跑起来的那些细节——场地沟通、物料准备、现场布置、签到和全程支持，覆盖湾区的行业 meetup、峰会和各类 side event
Event research: Identify where our target audience (HR, TA, and startup operators) actually shows up; help us decide which events and communities are worth our time
活动调研和筛选：找出我们目标受众（HR、TA、创业者）真正在参加的活动和社区，帮我们判断应该出现在哪里、为什么出现
On-site representation: Represent Metix AI at events, engage attendees, and capture leads and follow-up notes that feed into our GTM pipeline
现场代表公司：在活动现场代表 Metix AI，和与会者交流，收集 leads 和跟进信息，反馈到 GTM 流程里
Content and follow-up: Turn event moments into content assets — photos, key quotes, recaps — and support outreach to the people we meet

- Based in the Bay Area, available for in-person events on weekdays or weekends as needed
