About Us
Kimberly Jane Market is a new boutique in Smyrna, Georgia, offering gifts, stationery, candles, home décor, women's clothing, accessories, gourmet food items, and seasonal merchandise. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic student to help us grow our social media presence and tell our brand story.
Position Overview
This is a paid, part-time opportunity for a student interested in marketing, communications, public relations, digital media, photography, or business. The selected candidate will help create content, manage social media accounts, and promote store events and new merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Create Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content
- Photograph and video products and store displays
- Create and edit Reels and short-form videos
- Write captions and assist with content scheduling
- Help develop monthly content ideas and campaigns
- Promote new arrivals, events, and seasonal collections
- Monitor engagement and assist with community management
- Support grand opening and special event marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate
- Interest in marketing, social media, communications, retail, or entrepreneurship
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic photography and video editing skills preferred
- Creative, organized, and self-motivated
- Must be able to travel to Smyrna, GA for content creation sessions
