Job Summary

Diamond Worldwide Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and reliable individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional support through phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, process requests, and ensure every interaction results in a positive customer experience.

This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a supportive and dynamic team. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

Process orders, account updates, and service requests.

Maintain accurate customer records using company systems.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Meet customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.

Technical Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet connection.
