This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, seamless coordination, and effective time management in a fast-paced, mission-driven biotech environment.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
Serve as a primary point of contact, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
Administrative & Operational Coordination
Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure executives can focus on high-impact initiatives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
Maintain organized records, documents, and filing systems (digital and physical as needed).
Travel & Logistics Management
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense tracking.
Ensure smooth coordination of schedules across time zones and stakeholder availability.
Confidentiality & Communication
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Draft and manage communications, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with company priorities.
Project & Cross-Functional Support
Assist with special projects, event coordination, and internal initiatives as needed.
Collaborate with teams across Clinical, Commercial, and Operations to support leadership priorities.

Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience
3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Experience in biotech, healthcare, or fast-paced corporate environments preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
