Customer Service

Lopes Moretti Consulting LLC is a growing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) company focused on helping organizations understand customer needs, improve service quality, and enhance overall customer experience through structured feedback and data analysis.

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Survey & Feedback Associates. In this remote role, you will assist with collecting, reviewing, and submitting customer feedback using structured surveys and internal tools. Your insights will help our clients improve their products, services, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Complete structured customer surveys based on assigned guidelines
• Review and provide accurate, thoughtful customer feedback
• Record responses clearly and submit them through designated platforms
• Follow company instructions and data confidentiality standards
• Meet basic task deadlines and quality expectations

Stores and organizations such as The Gap, Walmart, Walgreen, CVS Pharmacy, Pizza Hut, and Banks. One among many others pay for Customer Survey & Feedback Associate to shop in their establishments and report their experiences. On top of being paid for shopping you are also allowed to keep purchases for free. Training, tips for improvement, and shopping opportunities are provided free to registered candidates. Customer Survey & Feedback Associates are either paid a pre-arranged fee for a particular shop, a reimbursement for a purchase or a combination of both.

You will be required to interact with the shop clerk/attendant. You may conduct the shop alone or as a couple.

Requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions accurately
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior customer service or feedback experience is a plus, but not required

Work Schedule
• Remote position
• Flexible schedule based on task availability
• Part‑time opportunity (hours may vary weekly)
