Filterbuy is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair automated manufacturing equipment at our New Kensington production facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring our production equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience maintaining industrial production equipment, and a commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. 

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated manufacturing equipment including conveyors, motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, adhesive application equipment, and other production machinery. Your work will help minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor onsite in New Kensington, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production and facility equipment. 
• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to
• standard.
• Perform general facility maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues. 

Required skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Physically capable and available to work overtime, including weekends.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well-organized and can prioritize tasks.

Nice to Have:

• Experience maintaining industrial production equipment such as conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and automated production machinery. 
• Experience with adhesive or glue application equipment.
