Growth and Marketing (New Grad)
Company Description
Anthea connects fast-growing startups with early-career growth and marketing talent.
Candidates are screened, interviewed, and matched before their profiles reach a company's inbox, so startups have focused conversations with qualified people instead of sorting resume piles, and candidates land high-impact roles where they can learn fast and accelerate their careers.
Anthea is built around professional development, strong candidate-company fit, and meaningful opportunities in fast-paced startup environments.
Role Description
This posting is to join Anthea’s talent community as an Entry-Level Growth & Marketing candidate (New Grad). Once you're in, we get to know your strengths and goals and match you with full-time roles at startups in our network, so the exact team, focus, and setup vary by placement. This is not one single role. The exact company, team, focus area, and setup will vary by placement.
In these roles, you may work across growth marketing, content, social media, brand, community, events, partnerships, creator/influencer marketing, customer acquisition, and user engagement. Depending on the company, day-to-day work may include supporting marketing campaigns, researching markets and competitors, creating or coordinating content, tracking campaign performance, helping run experiments, supporting outreach, analyzing growth metrics, and finding ways to improve acquisition, engagement, or brand awareness.
Because every startup is different, we focus on matching you with opportunities that fit your strengths, interests, and career goals.
Most roles are based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with on-site, hybrid, and remote options depending on the company.
