Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator

Osage Food Products  |  Be relentless. Make no excuses. Have fun.

Love keeping things organized and making customers happy? We're hiring a Sales Coordinator to be the glue between our customers, our sales team, and the products we deliver — from first hello to final shipment.

Who We Are

Osage Food Products sells food and nutritional ingredients, and our goal is simple: be the gold standard at it. We get there by solving problems for our partners, knowing our stuff inside and out, and treating people the way we'd want to be treated. No fluff, no runaround.

What You'll Do

  • Keep things moving: Chase down updates, follow up on info requests, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between our team and our customers.
  • Coordinate samples: Order them, track them, and get them where they need to go, on time.
  • Handle the paperwork: Project briefs, reports, and all the documentation that keeps projects running smoothly.
  • Keep everyone in the loop: Regular status updates on where projects stand, what's coming next, and what needs attention.
  • Own the CRM: Keep Pipedrive current with notes, updates, and forecasts so product managers always know what's going on.
  • Team up with sales: Help build solutions for customers, grow relationships with new accounts, and flag opportunities you spot along the way.
  • Spot what's next: Keep an eye out for new business in food, beverage, and nutrition.

What We're Looking For

  • You write and talk to people clearly
  • You can juggle a lot without losing the thread
  • You don't wait around to be told what to do
  • A fast pace doesn't rattle you — and you still catch the details
  • You've worked in a CRM before (Pipedrive is a bonus)
  • You're curious about food, beverage, and nutrition

How We Work

We've got a short list of rules around here: do the right thing, bring real expertise to the table, and take care of our customers with a personal touch. Internally, three things matter most — keep getting better, make no excuses, and have fun while we're at it. If that sounds like your style, you'll fit right in.

Where This Role Goes

This isn't a dead-end coordinator job. The role is set up to grow into an Inside Sales position when you're ready. You'll learn our products, our customers, and the commercial side of the business — and we'll back you while you do.

How to Apply

Sound like you? Send your resume and a quick note about why you're interested to Osage@osagefood.com. No cover letter novel required — just tell us what caught your eye and why you think you'd be a fit.

Ready to help us set the gold standard? We can't wait to hear from you.
