Responsibilities
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with clients and customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Maintain accurate calendars and scheduling records.
- Send appointment reminders and follow up on cancellations or changes.
- Verify customer information and update internal databases.
- Coordinate schedules with team members to maximize efficiency.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Meet productivity and quality standards while working independently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, administrative support, or call center work preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
