Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Salary Range: $35,000 Base + Bonus (On Target Earnings: $110,000)

Position Overview

Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC (CSTaC) is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support marketing, brand growth, audience engagement, and lead generation activities across multiple business brands and media platforms, including Cyber Security Training and Consulting, LLC and NewsGenie, Inc.

This role combines strategic marketing, content creation, social media management, audience growth, digital engagement, and business development support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly creative, comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously.

This is a hybrid compensation role consisting of a base salary plus commission and performance-based bonus incentives tied to growth metrics, sponsorships, partnerships, lead generation, and other measurable business outcomes.

The employee will be employed and paid through Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC while supporting affiliated brands and entities such as AI Gurus Academy and Studio, and LearnAI.TV. Also, includes support for NewsGenie, Inc. products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple brands and initiatives
  • Create engaging posts, graphics, captions, short-form videos, and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and help build online communities
  • Track analytics and optimize content performance

Content Creation & Brand Marketing

  • Host the evAIlution podcast on LearnAI.TV
  • Assist with podcast promotion, short clips, interviews, livestreams, and media campaigns
  • Coordinate and support person-on-the-street interviews, event coverage, and field content production
  • Help create newsletters, email campaigns, blog content, and website updates
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all public-facing materials
  • Collaborate on advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Manage a small contractor team of advertising backpack carriers

Business Development & Growth

  • Actively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, social media engagement, partnerships, and lead generation activities
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through qualification, presentation, follow-up, and closing opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships through proactive communication, account management, and ongoing engagement
  • Assist with converting inbound leads into customers, sponsors, advertisers, training clients, and strategic partnerships
  • Maintain CRM records, track lead activity, monitor sales progress, and provide regular updates on pipeline performance and revenue opportunities Support audience growth and lead generation efforts
  • Identify partnership, sponsorship, and cross-promotion opportunities
  • Assist with outreach to media contacts, influencers, strategic partners, and sponsors
  • Help develop promotional campaigns tied to training programs, media content, and subscription services

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs including audience growth, engagement, traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance
  • Provide periodic reports and recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness
  • Help identify trends, emerging platforms, and new growth opportunities

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field required
  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses, brands, or media channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing business presence across major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital media platforms
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content tools
  • Familiarity with video editing and short-form content creation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable appearing in or coordinating video and live content when needed

Preferred

  • Experience with podcast promotion or media production
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns
  • Understanding of analytics tools and SEO concepts
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, technology, AI, or news/media industries
  • Experience growing social media audiences organically

Compensation

  • Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Employment Details

  • Payroll & HR Entity: Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid and/or Remote with occasional in-person content shoots, meetings, or events in the Phoenix metropolitan area
  • Some evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during events, interviews, or live productions
