Pre-Licensed Clinician

About the Role
Good Path Health Services is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice seeking pre-licensed clinicians pursuing LMHC or related licensure, as well as fully licensed clinicians (LMHC, LICSW). This position offers structured weekly supervision (for pre-licensed clinicians), a consistent caseload, and hands-on experience providing psychotherapy in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions (in-person or telehealth)
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in weekly supervision (for pre-licensed clinicians)
• Develop treatment plans and maintain patient care standards

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or currently enrolled for students)
• Eligible for licensure supervision in Massachusetts or currently licensed (LMHC, LICSW)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in outpatient mental health
• Experience with documentation or EHR systems
• Motivated to build and maintain a clinical caseload
