Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Grow brand awareness and increase audience engagement through organic and paid campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create campaigns.
- Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
- Track competitors and identify opportunities for audience growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with paid social advertising.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience with video editing and short-form video content.
- Certification in social media or digital marketing is a plus.
