Account Payable Officer

AROSE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION is seeking a detail‑oriented Account Payable Officer to support our growing property management operations. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and contributing to smooth financial workflows. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day‑to‑day financial health of our company.

The Account Payable Officer will process invoices, manage vendor payments, reconcile accounts, maintain documentation, and assist with month‑end reporting. This position offers valuable experience in accounting, vendor communication, and financial administration within the property management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper documentation

Prepare payments (ACH, checks, wire transfers, credit card)

Maintain vendor files and financial documentation

Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and monthly statements

Track and code expenses for property‑related costs

Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with vendors

Assist with month‑end reporting and financial summaries

Collaborate with internal teams to support accurate financial operations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, accounting tools)

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

High attention to detail and strong time‑management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting

Familiarity with QuickBooks, Buildium, AppFolio, or similar property management accounting software
