Entry Level Management Responsibilities

• Support the execution of local marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Learn and apply effective sales strategies to promote client products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and positive customer experiences.
• Assist with customer acquisition, customer retention, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
• Participate in team meetings, leadership discussions, and professional development activities.
• Assist in coaching, supporting, and motivating new team members as you grow.
• Track customer interactions, campaign results, and performance data to identify trends.
• Develop strong knowledge of client products, services, and brand messaging.
• Participate in goal setting, personal development planning, and leadership coaching.
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude while representing Our Company and its clients.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Based in or able to reliably commute to Detroit, MI.
• Interested in an in-person, entry-level management, sales, or marketing role.
• Current students, recent graduates, career changers, or early-career professionals.
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, coachable, and eager to learn.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, campus leadership, sports teams, student organizations, fundraising, or volunteer leadership is a plus, but not required. Full training is provided.
