Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Administration Intern to join our Synergy Health 360 team at Scottsdale & Phoenix, AZ. This internship provides hands-on experience in healthcare operations, patient coordination, administrative support, and clinic management within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, eager to learn, and interested in gaining practical exposure to healthcare administration and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative and front office operations
- Support patient scheduling, intake, and follow-up coordination
- Help maintain and organize patient records and documentation
- Assist with provider scheduling and internal communication
- Support onboarding, recruitment, and HR-related administrative tasks
- Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and operational tracking
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
- Prior healthcare or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
