Accounting Specialist

Job Duties include but not limited to:Manage daily data entry 

  • Recording journal entries
  • Post daily payments
  • Post vendor invoices
  • Customer invoicing
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Assist with Reporting
  • Monitor and follow up past due accounts
  • Assist the Controller with ad hoc accounting
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Accurate data entry – experience with SAP accounting a must!
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Time Management is essential
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced challenging office environment
  • Experience researching accounting issues a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to travel internationally

Although the position is remote, we require the employee to live in Dade, Broward or Palm Beach County.  You must be available for in person interview.
