Retail Sales Associate

Love people, sales, and a little creative chaos? We’re looking for a sales-driven, customer-loving team member to help run our candle shop, assist with classes, support production, and grow wholesale accounts.

Pay: $15/hr + 10% commission on all sales

Schedule:

  • Weekdays: 12pm–6:30pm
  • Weekends: 10:30am–6:30pm (Mon–Sun | Part-time with growth to full-time)

You’ll be:

✔ Helping customers find their perfect scent

✔ Ringing sales + driving revenue

✔ Assisting with candle classes & events

✔ Pouring/labeling candles & wax melts

✔ Reaching out to boutiques for wholesale opportunities
