Sales E-Commerce Intern

Sales, E-Commerce & Operations Intern (Paid) – Potential Full-Time Opportunity

Location: Jacksonville, FL (1550 Ellis Road North)
Duration: Approximately 4 months (with potential to convert to full-time)
Compensation: Paid Internship $1540 bi-weekly

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team for a 4-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and account management. Top-performing interns will be considered for future full-time opportunities, including Account Coordinator, E-Commerce Coordinator, or Operations Support roles based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role is 100% on-site.
  • Assist in e-commerce in various tasks such as cycle counts and item listings
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives 
  • Support warehouse organization and inventory management projects 
  • Help process returns and maintain inventory records 
  • Assist with e-commerce order fulfillment and product listing maintenance
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records
  • Conduct basic data entry, reporting, and tracking using Excel and internal systems
  • Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and documentation
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
  • Learn and apply sales processes, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in sales, business, or account management
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and highly motivated
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (but not required)

  • Previous internship, coursework, or exposure to sales or business environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
