About the Internship

Launch your accounting career with real tax season experience.

McAdams Group is seeking motivated Accounting, Finance, and Business students to join our Tax & Accounting Internship Program. This paid internship provides hands-on experience supporting tax preparation, client service, workflow management, and financial operations while working alongside experienced tax and financial professionals.

Unlike many internships, you'll contribute to meaningful work from day one while receiving mentorship and professional development throughout the program.

 

Internship Tracks

Students may gain experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Tax Operations
  • Organize client tax documents
  • Assist with tax return preparation
  • Support TaxDome workflow management
  • Perform data entry and quality review
  • Client Service & Tax Administration
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Communicate with clients
  • Process tax intake documentation
  • Provide operational support to the tax team
  • Accounting & Advisory
  • Assist with financial reporting
  • Conduct research projects
  • Gain exposure to tax planning
  • Support advisory operations
