Campus Partnerships Coordinator

New York

As a Campus Partnerships Coordinator, you'll work closely with our experienced partnerships team to help connect colleges and universities with innovative digital media solutions, while gaining hands-on experience in sales, account management, and business development. Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with lead generation and prospect research to identify new campus partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team on administrative tasks, partner communications, and ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding new campus partners onto Trooh’s content management platform.
  • Track and maintain partnership data, pipeline activity, and account notes in CRM tools.
  • Conference logistics and preparation, including coordinating with other departments and shipping supplies
  • Onboarding new partners by hosting tutorials
  • Mass Communication with project updates and engaging with partners
  • Act as a liaison for our Digital Operations and Finance teams

 

What you offer: 

  • Post-secondary University/College diploma with
  • Entry-level role with 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • A genuine interest in sales, media, or business development – you don’t need experience, but you need to be eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills – comfortable on the phone, in email, and in person.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Hubspot or other CRM experience a plus.
  • A self-starter attitude with high energy, curiosity, and a willingness to take initiative.

Pay Transparency 

  • The expected salary range is $50,000 - $65,000; commensurate with experience.
