Live-In Nanny Miami Beach
Live-In Nanny Needed — Miami Beach (start late July/early August)
The family: three wonderful kids — two school-age boys and a sweet 1-year-old girl. Both boys will be in school this fall, so days are mostly one-on-one with the baby (she still naps), with all three together in the afternoons and evenings.
The basics:
- Live-in, with a private bedroom and private bath on the family's floor
- Roughly 7am–7pm, ideally 6 days/week (would consider 5.5). Some weeks are lighter, some busier; occasional later nights (until the boys are down around 8:30) when the parents are out, built into the pay. Weekends are flexible and can be worked out together.
- Long-term role — they're hoping for someone who wants to stay and grow with the family for years
- Start date: roughly late July / early August
Must-haves:
- Fluent, confident English — strong communication with the kids and parents is the #1 priority
- Comfortable driving (own car not required — a car can be provided); a license is a big plus
- Genuinely warm and hands-on — park, reading, homework, playing... not on the phone
- Great judgment, and loving but firm (no pushover; no harsh discipline either)
- Reads the room and works comfortably in the background of a busy home
- Discreet and privacy-minded — fully comfortable keeping the family's home life, schedule, and personal details confidential (a non-negotiable for this role)
Big pluses:
- Comfortable in and around the pool and able to supervise little ones in the water
- CPR certified
- Experience in a kosher home (very easy to learn if not — totally trainable)
- Enjoys cooking
- Tidy and organized (no heavy cleaning expected — there's separate help)
This is a kosher, screen-conscious home that deeply values raising kind, grounded kids. Compensation is competitive for the right person — they're serious about finding someone special and will pay accordingly.
