ABOUT OUR AGENCY

Our agency opened in December 2025, and we're excited to be building something special with a small but growing team. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a firsthand look at how rewarding it can be to help customers protect what matters most. Before insurance, I worked in massage therapy and muscle activation therapy, so serving others has always been at the heart of what I do.

I'm originally from the Dallas area, attended Parker University, and am happily married. One of the things I enjoy most about agency ownership is creating an environment where people can grow, succeed, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

We like to call our culture "Hot Dang Insurance!" because we bring energy, positivity, and a sense of fun to what we do every day. We're a close-knit team that supports each other, celebrates wins together, and works hard to take great care of our customers.

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, and comes to work with a positive attitude. Insurance experience isn't required—we can teach that. What we're really looking for is someone who is coachable, hardworking, personable, and excited about growing both personally and professionally.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Thomas Olesen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred. 

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
