As Cortex USA continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven In-Office Marketing & Sales Representative to join our growing team in Fairfield, New Jersey.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of an international medical device company.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling and prospecting
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales opportunities to drive business growth
• Collaborate closely with the Cortex USA team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Support marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the Cortex brand

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management (medical or dental industry experience is a strong advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving results
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
• Must be able to commute to our Fairfield, NJ office
