The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically capable college senior to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers hands-on experience with the market and startup research that informs our investment, partnership, and corporate strategy decisions.

Our research workflow relies on deploying and orchestrating AI agents, so a working understanding of multi-agent systems is essential. You will maintain, improve, and extend our internally developed multi-agent research tool and apply it to real-world strategic research questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance our multi-agent research tool to support new research requirements.
• Conduct market and industry research using the tool to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and potential strategic partners.
• Produce, edit, and distribute the Weekly Strategic Sensing report for senior Metanet executives using multi-agent research tool.
• Source new investment and alliance opportunities through industry research, networking, events, and direct outreach.
• Develop industry landscapes, strategic briefings, and opportunity assessments for the Monthly Innovation Forum, a technology briefing for senior Metanet executives.

Qualifications

• Current college senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience building or extending multi-agent systems or harnesses using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Google Gemini.
• Proficiency with AI-powered deep research tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini, with practical prompt engineering experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with a strong interest in startups, enterprise technology, and strategy.
• Ability to deliver high-quality research on deadline in a fast-paced, team-oriented, globally connected environment.
• Korean-language proficiency is strongly preferred.
