Ghostwriting Intern – Book Authoring (English Literature & Non-Fiction)

About the Project

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled writer to collaborate with the author in developing a professionally published non-fiction book aimed at school and college students.

The book (approximately 250–280 pages / 60,000–80,000 words) will provide practical guidance on:

  • Building an outstanding resume/CV
  • Developing a strong personal brand
  • Creating a compelling student profile
  • Standing out for internships, scholarships, admissions, and career opportunities
  • Personal and professional growth strategies

The selected intern will work closely with the author, who will provide the concept, structure, research direction, feedback, and editorial guidance throughout the writing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ghostwrite chapters based on the author's vision and guidance.
  • Convert ideas, discussions, and outlines into engaging, reader-friendly content.
  • Conduct supporting research where required.
  • Maintain a consistent writing style and tone.
  • Revise drafts based on editorial feedback.
  • Meet agreed writing milestones until manuscript completion.

Required Skills

  • Excellent command of written English.
  • Strong storytelling and non-fiction writing abilities.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas for students.
  • Research and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with academic writing, personal branding, or career development is an advantage.

Deliverables

A completed manuscript of approximately 60,000–80,000 words, ready for the editorial and publishing process.

Duration

Project-based internship. The internship concludes upon successful completion of the manuscript.
