Lead Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our growing preschool prep program for children ages 2–5. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and wants to make a meaningful impact in their community.

Our preschool program is play-based and developmentally focused, helping children build important early skills such as social interaction, communication, fine and gross motor development, following directions, and learning daily routines in a fun and supportive environment.

We are an inclusive program that welcomes children of all abilities, and we are looking for a teacher who believes every child deserves encouragement, patience, and support as they grow.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior preschool or classroom experience
• Passion for working with young children
• Patient, loving, and kind personality
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills
• Ability to create a warm, engaging learning environment
• Someone who is enthusiastic about helping children build confidence and independence
