Behavioral Health Technician

We are hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children. This is a fully in-person role in the client’s home. The BHT will work under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You are required to have an Active Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Certificate or an accepted equivalent or attend training to acquire the certificate.
Experience working with children preferred
Reliable transportation to the client’s home
Strong communication and organizational skills
Consistent attendance and professionalism
Ability to follow treatment plans and accept clinical feedback
