Role Overview
Forkast is looking for a Marketing & Growth Summer Intern to help communicate the value of our product to restaurant brands, operators, investors, and potential customers. This role is ideal for someone interested in startup marketing, B2B SaaS, restaurant technology, content strategy, customer research, and growth.
You will help turn Forkast’s product work and restaurant data insights into clear marketing materials, outreach content, and business development support.
What You’ll Work On
- Research restaurant chains, industry trends, pricing strategies, delivery platforms, and competitor activity.
- Help create marketing content for LinkedIn, email, pitch decks, case studies, and customer-facing materials.
- Translate technical product features into clear business value for restaurant operators.
- Support outbound marketing and business development research.
- Help identify target restaurant brands and decision-makers.
- Create simple one-pagers, product summaries, and competitive insight examples.
- Work with the team to explain how Forkast helps restaurants with pricing, menu strategy, and market intelligence.
- Track feedback from prospects and help improve messaging.
Ideal Qualifications
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
- Interest in startups, restaurants, B2B SaaS, marketing, or business strategy.
- Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, persuasive messaging.
- Comfortable doing online research and summarizing findings clearly.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, Google Slides, HubSpot, LinkedIn, or email campaigns is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Interest in AI, data products, or restaurant technology is a plus.
