Position Overview
Tangelic is seeking an exceptional Strategic Communications, Media & Marketing Coordinator to help shape the organization's global voice and public presence.
This is far more than a traditional social media position. Working directly with Tangelic's executive leadership, you will help lead the organization's communications, marketing, public relations, multimedia production, and digital storytelling efforts. You will contribute to executive thought leadership, produce compelling multimedia content, support international partnerships, and help communicate innovative climate solutions to audiences around the world.
From executive interviews and international conferences to podcasts, publications, strategic campaigns, and media outreach, you will play a central role in strengthening Tangelic's visibility and helping position the organization as a leading voice in climate infrastructure and sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities
Help lead Tangelic's strategic communications, marketing, branding, and public engagement initiatives.
Produce and edit high-quality video content for our flagship podcas Tangelic Talks, executive interviews, webinars, conferences, and organizational campaigns.
Manage podcast production, post-production, publishing, promotion, and audience development.
Develop compelling multimedia storytelling that highlights Tangelic's projects, partnerships, research, and organizational impact.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Support executive thought leadership through articles, speeches, interviews, newsletters, presentations, and organizational publications.
Assist with media relations, press outreach, organizational announcements, and public relations initiatives.
Design graphics, presentations, reports, promotional materials, and visual assets that reinforce Tangelic's global brand.
Support communications surrounding international conferences, summits, workshops, donor engagements, and executive meetings.
Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance content production, editing, workflow efficiency, and audience engagement.
Monitor digital analytics and recommend strategies that expand organizational reach, visibility, and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking creative, curious, and highly motivated individuals with strong communication and storytelling skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative software.
Experience in video editing, podcast production, graphic design, photography, animation, or multimedia storytelling.
Strong writing skills with experience in journalism, public relations, communications, marketing, or content development.
Experience creating content for professional social media and digital platforms.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative and productivity tools.
Excellent organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
An interest in climate change, renewable energy, sustainability, international development, public policy, communications, journalism, or marketing.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.
