As a Live Chat Operator at Law Offices of Richard Franzblau LLC, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients through the firm's website and digital communication channels. Your primary responsibility is to provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance, answer general inquiries, gather client information, schedule consultations, and direct legal matters to the appropriate attorney or department. The firm focuses on business law, commercial real estate, franchise law, hospitality law, bankruptcy, estate planning, and related legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via live chat, email, and other online messaging platforms.
  • Provide general information about the firm's legal services without offering legal advice.
  • Collect prospective client information and complete intake forms accurately.
  • Schedule consultations and appointments with attorneys.
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate legal team or department.

  • Escalate urgent or complex matters to attorneys promptly.
