Remote File Clerk

As a Remote File Clerk, you will help ensure that important District records are accurately maintained, organized, and easily accessible. You will work closely with administrative teams to support day-to-day document management and improve overall file accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Organize, upload, and maintain digital records and documents.
  • Review files for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
  • Update and manage electronic filing systems and databases.
  • Assist with document retrieval and record requests from staff.
  • Perform basic data entry and verification tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Support general administrative tasks and special projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
