Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM solutions across core modulesBuild and enhance workflows to improve service delivery and reduce process gapsTranslate business and end-user requirements into functional system solutionsPerform system configuration, customization, and scripting (e.g., business rules, UI policies, catalog items)Support integrations with third-party systems and enterprise technologiesParticipate in testing, deployment, and ongoing system enhancementsContribute to platform stability, performance, and continuous improvementParticipate in an on-call rotation to support operational needsTeam Collaboration & Growth

Required
1–3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platformExperience configuring core ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.)Hands-on experience with workflows, business rules, UI actions/policies, and system configurationsBasic scripting experience (JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL, or PowerShell)Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL) processesAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration and communication skillsPreferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ITIL Foundation certificationExperience with integrations (SOAP, REST, web services)Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, ADFS, or SSOExperience supporting application lifecycle processes (design, development, testing, deployment)Experience promoting update sets across ServiceNow environmentsExperience in healthcare or a highly regulated environmentJoin Our Team
