Picker Packer

We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Picker/Packer to join our fulfillment team. You'll be pulling small parts like washers, O-rings, seals, and hardware from bin locations, counting them out, and packaging them accurately based on customer orders. If you're someone who takes pride in doing repetitive work right, shows up consistently, and doesn't need someone looking over your shoulder, this role is genuinely a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Reading pick tickets and order sheets to identify the correct parts, quantities, and packaging requirements
Picking small components — washers, O-rings, gaskets, seals — from labeled bin locations with accuracy
Counting and verifying quantities before bagging because accuracy here actually matters to real customers
Sealing, labeling, and preparing finished packages for shipping or staging
Keeping your workspace organized and returning any mis-picks to the right bin
Flagging low stock, damaged parts, or order discrepancies to your supervisor — communication is key
Hitting daily productivity and accuracy goals as a team player
Participating in inventory counts periodically

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong attention to detail — small parts, small margins for error
Good manual dexterity for handling tiny components all day
Ability to read instructions, count accurately, and follow through without constant check-ins
Reliable and punctual — your team depends on you showing up
Warehouse, assembly, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but we'll invest in the right person


Physical Requirements

Standing and walking on hard flooring for the full shift
Frequent fine motor work — pinching, placing, and sorting very small parts
Occasional bending, reaching, and light lifting up to 25 lbs
Ability to read small part numbers and verify counts visually


The Work Environment
Indoor, climate-controlled warehouse. You'll be working with metal parts, rubber components, and light dust. Safety shoes are required; additional PPE may apply depending on your area. It's a straightforward, no-drama environment where the work speaks for itself.
