Position Summary
LumaDent is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble precision electro-mechanical products using mechanical components, wiring, and electronic assemblies while ensuring all products meet strict quality and performance standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a clean, fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical products and subassemblies following engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, torque drivers, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
- Perform functional testing and quality inspections to verify proper operation.
- Identify and report assembly defects or process improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow manufacturing procedures.
- Keep workstations organized and comply with all safety and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or electro-mechanical assembly preferred.
- Ability to read assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with soldering and cable assembly.
- Experience using precision measuring tools and basic electrical test equipment.
