Construction Management Intern

Summer 2027 Intern                                                                                 

Panzica Construction is currently seeking a Construction Management Intern to join our team in Cleveland, OH. In this role you will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge obtained in your college curriculum to exciting commercial construction projects. You’ll work side by side with both recent college graduates and seasoned veterans who will provide oversight and mentorship along the way.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities will include providing support to the construction management team including maintenance of project records and documents.
• Participates in project planning meetings and reviews.
• Reviewing project specifications, blueprints, and building plans.
• Assist in preparation of change orders, and cost estimates, and review of schedules.
• Utilize web-based project management software to draft reports, document field conditions and contractor progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Pursuing a BS in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills to effectively track, report, and manage multiple projects and priorities where meeting deadlines is critical.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment with a wide variety of people, including owners, architects, subcontractors, and business leaders.
