UpperClass Campus Lead

Lead the student creator movement on your campus.

UpperClass (https://upperclass.app/) is helping institutions activate the most trusted voices on campus: students and creators.

We work with universities, colleges, and education organizations to build structured student creator programs that generate authentic content, strengthen campus community, and help future students discover schools through the people they trust most.

Now, we are building the UpperClass Campus Lead Program: a global network of student leaders who will help launch student creator communities at their own universities.

About the Role

As an UpperClass Campus Lead, you will be the student leader helping bring UpperClass to life on your campus.

You will help organize and grow a community of student creators, support campus content initiatives, host small events or workshops, and help students learn how to use content to tell better stories about university life.

This is a flexible, part-time paid opportunity designed for students who want hands-on experience in creator marketing, community building, campus leadership, and the future of education.

You do not need to be a large influencer to apply. We are looking for students who are organized, creative, trusted by their peers, and excited to build something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

As an UpperClass Campus Lead, you may:

Help launch an UpperClass Creator Club or student creator community on your campus.

Recruit and onboard student creators interested in making content about campus life, programs, student experience, events, and opportunities.

Organize small workshops, creator meetups, content days, demo sessions, or campus storytelling activities.

Share UpperClass updates, creator opportunities, campaign briefs, and resources with students.

Support student creators as they plan, create, and submit content.

Help collect feedback from students about what they need, what they care about, and what would help them become better creators.

Work with the UpperClass team on campus campaigns, creator challenges, and community-building initiatives.

Represent UpperClass professionally with students, student organizations, and campus stakeholders.

Example Activities

Depending on your campus and availability, you may help run:

Student creator orientation sessions

Campus content walks or filming days

TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube creator workshops

Creator portfolio-building sessions

Student ambassador and creator meetups

Demo days showcasing student-created content

Campaign launches for specific programs, events, or student recruitment initiatives

Feedback sessions with the UpperClass team

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for students who are:

Currently enrolled at a university, college, or higher education institution.

Interested in content creation, social media, marketing, student leadership, education, or community building.

Comfortable communicating with other students and organizing small groups or activities.

Active on campus or connected to student communities, clubs, societies, or organizations.

Reliable, proactive, and able to follow through on weekly responsibilities.

Excited about helping students turn their voice, experience, and creativity into real opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

Nice to have, but not required:

Experience creating content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other platforms.

Experience as a student ambassador, club officer, peer mentor, orientation leader, or campus representative.

Interest in marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, education, media, or creator economy.

Basic understanding of filming, editing, storytelling, or social media trends.

Existing relationships with student organizations, creators, or campus departments.

Compensation

UpperClass Campus Leads receive:

A paid program stipend of $1,000 fixed fee per semester.

Additional rewards or bonuses for approved campaigns, events, creator recruitment, or special projects, depending on the campus program.

Opportunities for future paid roles, internships, creator campaigns, and leadership positions within the UpperClass network.

Final compensation details will be shared during the interview or onboarding process.

Working Arrangement

Part-time student role

Flexible schedule

Primarily campus-based, with remote coordination

Approx. 3–5 hours per week

Semester-based appointment with opportunity for renewal
